Deer Management and Hunting Applications
Effective September 2025, Laurelville Retreat Center is implementing a Deer Management Plan to promote the long-term health and sustainability of our woodland ecosystem.
As part of this effort, we are inviting qualified hunters to apply for permission to hunt deer on a portion of Laurelville’s property; a 300-acre parcel known as Pine Run. NOTE: In 2025, our inaugural year, permits will only be issued to those with existing Laurelville relationships. Years 2026 and on, additional applications will be considered.
Application process:
Step 1. Fill out the Laurelville Retreat Center Deer Hunting Application
Step 2. Applications are reviewed and issued by September 30, 2025.
Step 3. Attend required orientation session with managing partners prior to hunting.
This application will collect your contact information, hunting credentials, experience, and availability. All applicants must hold a valid Pennsylvania hunting license and agree to abide by Laurelville’s rules, regulations, and safety requirements. Selected hunters will be required to attend an orientation session prior to receiving permission to hunt.
This hunting program is managed by our partners, Eastern Woodland Environmental and Outdoor Education. For more information, email: EasternWoodlandsGuide@gmail.com
