Your support helps us serve tens of thousands of guests—from conference attendees to summer campers. 10% of Laurelville’s annual operating costs are met through the generosity of donors like you.
In response to God’s goodness and your gracious generosity, we continue to plant, cultivate, and nurture our mission through four core values:
Christ-like Hospitality- and keeping retreats affordable; over 25,000 annual overnight stays and growing!
Faith Formation- through youth camps and other programs.
Community Outreach - for over 10,000-day guests per year; free mini-golf, basketball courts, trails, and playground. Plus, affordable open swimming and programs like swim lessons and day camp.
Stewardship of God’s Creation- 600 acres of managed forest, miles of maintained trails, pollinator gardens, care of Jacob’s Creek.

REPLENISH the RESERVE FUND — Safeguard Laurelville’s future
In 2025, Laurelville’s reserve fund was depleted to complete a $175,000 Dining Hall HVAC geothermal replacement project. We are committed to rebuilding this fund as both an emergency safety net and a resource for future growth opportunities.

Monthly Giving: Become a Sustaining Partner by setting up automatic monthly gifts. Steady support provides reliable funding for year-round ministry needs.
IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions: If you are 70½ or older, you may direct a tax-free gift from your IRA to Laurelville. QCDs can count toward your Required Minimum Distribution.
Stock or Securities Gifts: Donate appreciated stock or mutual funds to maximize your impact while potentially receiving additional tax benefits.
Employer & Corporate Matching Gifts:
Many employers match charitable contributions dollar for dollar. Check with your HR department to see if your gift can go even further. If your company has a corporate giving or sponsorship program, explore whether they might support Laurelville through a tax-deductible donation. Laurelville is also an approved participant in Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program, offering an additional pathway for businesses to make a meaningful impact.
