Cooks
Prep, cook & serve timely buffet-style meals from a preset menu. Cooks supervise the dish and dining hall staff. Speedy, quality work with attention to dietary needs, waste control, creative problem solving, grace & humor are required. Applicants must be team-players committed to providing excellent food and warm hospitality. This position is perfect for the experienced Chef who is tired of late nights and budding Chefs looking to gain experience in a friendly, thriving retreat center environment.
Pay: $12-14+/hour (commensurate with experience) for independent Cooks ages 18+. $9/hour for Assistant Cooks ages 16+.
Hours: 8-20 hours/week. During the school year, most work is on weekends; some weekday shifts are available. Schedule can be flexible based on your availability.

Seasonal Positions
Overnight Summer Camp Counselors
We’re looking for energetic counselors who possess a desire to encourage growth and discipleship to join our Summer Camp staff. We’re always on the lookout for great summer camp counselors! Apply anytime. Hiring process (interviews, etc) typically occur in the spring. Must be 18 years of age or older. If under 18, can apply as a junior counselor (please indicate on application).
Counselors are required to attend Summer Camp Orientation. Counselors are expected to attend the Sunday afternoon staff meeting at the beginning of each week and stay at camp through Friday afternoon’s staff debrief meeting. Counselors are expected to assist in taking photos, coordinating games, instructing crafts, leading outdoor activities, and providing good care based on the policies explained at orientation. Counselors who are musically gifted are invited to help lead worship. Summer camp’s purpose is to provide a vibrant camping experience by creating an inclusive and safe space for all campers to deepen their walk with God.
Camp runs from mid June through the end of July.
