FAQ
When does camp begin and end?
All week-long camps begin on Sunday with check-in from 4-5 pm and end with a closing worship service on Friday at 11 am. Mini Camp begins on Wednesday with check-in from 4-5 pm and ends on Friday at 5 pm. Families are welcome for the closing worship service and picnic to follow.
What is Mini Camp?
Laurelville Mini Camp is specifically designed for children ages 6-8. These first-time campers are given a three-day, two-night taste of what a week-long camp experience is like. A camper’s first time at an overnight camp is a big deal, so we work hard to make sure both campers and parents feel comfortable.
When does registration begin and when is payment made?
Registration opens at the beginning of the year. A $50 deposit is required with your registration to hold your spot. Full payment is requested before arrival. Cancellations up to two weeks of the start of camp will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations after that two-week mark will be non-refundable. If you pay with a credit card, processing fees will apply. There are no additional fees if you pay with cash, check, or debit card.
Are scholarships available?
