When you retreat at Laurelville, you’ll find no shortage of recreation possibilities. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands, visitors can enjoy all of the fun our natural setting has to offer, along with the many amenities we provide, including our new pool, sports courts, indoor gymnasium, ropes course, and more. There’s something for everyone at Laurelville!

Hiking
Immerse yourself in the woods of the Laurel Highlands on one of our beautiful hiking trails. Each trail varies in difficulty and length. View a full map of our trails located in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania.

Sports Courts
Get moving and have fun on one of our many outdoor sports courts; basketball (with accessible hoops), tennis, volleyball, pickelball, GaGa ball, and 9-Square (pictured).

Community Pool
Take a dip in our new pool, featuring slides, sprays, zero depth entry, and heated water! Day guests must call ahead to reserve pool time - 724.423.2624. Open Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day. Learn more about our pool located in the Mt. Pleasant / Pittsburgh area.

Campfires
Gather around the campfire for some fellowship and fun! Fire rings are located beside each cabin and building and on Gazebo Hill and Sunset Hill.

Mini Golf
Take some time for a round of mini golf with your family and friends! Golf balls and putters are located right beside the course.

Ropes Course
Participate in team building with your group on our low ropes course! Learn how to work together and communicate effectively to complete the elements. High ropes elements available for groups by special advanced reservation (additional rental fee).

Shenandoah Gymnasium
Our giant indoor gymnasium has lots of space to run and play, with rec equipment and garage doors that open up to bring the outdoors in. The Shen is a shared rec spot for overnight guests.

Prayer Labyrinth
Walk the prayer labyrinth, located atop the beautiful, picturesque Sunset Hill. A centuries old tradition, the winding path to the center is intended to calm participants and provide a meditative space.

Playground
Our playground provides a safe space for kids to move around and have fun with slides, climbing, monkey bars, and new accessible swings.

Wagon Rides
Take a ride on our tractor-pulled people mover to Sunset Hill for a campfire under the stars. Rental fee associated with reserving a wagon ride.

Shenandoah Mezzanine
Upstairs in the Shenandoah, you can find a game room complete with table games (foosball, ping pong, giant connect 4, and more) and tables, chairs, and couches that create a fun space to just hang out!
