Hello friends and families!  It’s high time we had another group of campers here!  Yesterday, at around 4pm, we welcomed our Navigators and spent some time learning everyone’s names and favorite destinations in the world.  After that, we played some Anklebiters and 22 Skidoo!

In our Gathering this morning, Theresa Crissman talked about the theme of peace in God’s creation and shared about her story growing up on Laurelville’s campus.  Laurelville is probably the best place to experience God’s creation firsthand!  Today, some of our activities included Giant Dutch Blitz, basketball, balancing on the ropes course, making duct tape wallets and tie-dye shirts, and even learning sign language with counselor Lilli!  Thankfully, tonight, we get to cool off at the pool party, as it has been almost 90 degrees all day.  And we’ll finish the night off with our awesome Banana Boats.

There’s still a ton of stuff to look forward to including another Polar Bear swim, mud games, and hopefully our first Sunset Hill sleepout of the summer (if the rain holds off).

Keep checking back here and on Flickr for updates!
