Spring Association Gathering | May 1-3, 2020

Spring and Fall Gatherings are a time for Association members and prospective members to share together in worship, fellowship, volunteer projects, and more. Our semi-annual business meeting is held on Saturday, offering you an opportunity to hear about news and events taking place at Laurelville, vote for and affirm board members and welcome new members into the Association. Activities for children of all ages are also provided, making our spring and fall gatherings a terrific experience for the whole family. Find more information about our Association here.

Friday – Bring your flannel, the weekend kicks off with a Hoedown! Caller, David Lang and his band lead Square Dancing. It’s sure to be boot-stomping, hoot-hollering fun for all generations whether you choose to boogie or listen to music and watch others trip on their toes. Plenty of seating is available for those who prefer to toe-tap to the music and enjoy the action from a front-row seat.

Saturday- After a delicious breakfast and Mission Update meeting, generations of families roll up their sleeves to serve together. Following lunch, serving and room owner meetings, we re-convene for a multi-generational social gathering! After a dinner banquet, the festivities continue as generations compete in a rousing Family Game Night.

Sunday- After a scrumptious breakfast, we gather together to worship as Kay and Terry Shue lead us in morning worship with hymns and reflections on “The Spiritual Discipline of Pilgrimage”. The weekend wraps-up with a lunch and fellowship.
