Our two gatherings each year are a time for Association members and prospective members to come together for worship, fellowship, volunteer projects, and more.

Activities
Please note we may not offer childcare during this spring gathering. Additionally, we will serve meals and assign tables for family units. All activities are planned with physical distancing and CDC guidance in mind. Masks are required in buildings unless seated at your table while eating.
Friday – 4:30 – 5:30pm Check in at the Welcome Center (new building attached to the pool). Enjoy dinner and then later, scrumptious snacks and all-ages program to be held.
Saturday- After a delicious breakfast, join us for the Mission Update. Builder owner meetings will be held. Following lunch, take part in some programmed options and creation care programming. Finish out the day with dinner and a special relaxed event.
Sunday- After a light breakfast, we will open up the doors of the Shen for some fresh morning air and gather for our message and worship. The weekend wraps up with lunch in the Dining Hall.

Safety Precautions
Our top priority is making sure our guests are safe and feel comfortable and confident coming to Laurelville. We aim to create a relaxing environment that fosters connection, refreshment, and fun.
Our extra safety assurances include…
- Increased deep cleaning and safety measures
- Masks required for staff and highly encouraged for guests indoors (except in private rooms)
- Maintain physical distance of 6 feet
- Limited group sizes
- Daily wellness/temperature checks for food service staff
- Limited gymnasium access to overnight guests only
- Extra sanitation stations available
- Staff trained in safety/awareness
- Ongoing high-traffic area sanitization/disinfection
- Bedding professionally sanitized

Is It Really Free?
Yes, registration for Association weekends is provided at no cost to friends of Laurelville joining us for the celebration, Laurelville Association members, and those considering joining the Association. It’s our way of saying thank you for your support, both financially and through prayer and volunteer work. Many attendees typically make a monetary donation during their stay, but you are not required to do so.
